For up to a maximum of 20 guests, each of the yachts (which are sold interchangeably) offer a combination of world class service with understated luxury and high quality guiding. The yachts are owned and operated by a local company that is one of the oldest and most experienced in Galapagos. Each of the 10 cabins is on the main deck with large picture windows, and can be either a twin or with one king bed. Gourmet style menus, including Ecuadorean specialities are offered with culinary-school trained chefs and an open bar policy. Group sizes are a maximum of 10 guests, smaller than most other yachts, offering a very intimate experience with nature in great comfort! As well as the classic Galapagos activities of hiking, snorkelling and kayaking, the yachts also offer the option of paddle boarding.

Itinerary

The Origin has two superb 8 day itineraries. In terms of which of the two 8 day itineraries is best - the Central or Southern, or the Northern and Western option - we think they are both equally good! However if you have a particular interest in birds or reptiles and depending on the time of year of your visit, one could have the edge over the other – but we can help advise on this. Below are PDFs with all the details of the two different 8-day itinerary options.
