Our Galapagos experience was excellent! It started with you answering all our questions and how easy you made it for us to get it set up. We very much appreciated being met at the airport and the help we received being walked through all the steps there.  The boat crew was terrific. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. It was a once in a lifetime experience. That said, I'd totally do it again!

A simply amazing time. Thank you so so much for all the hard work you put in to arranging and rearranging our trip so many times because of Covid. It was all worth it as we really did have the holiday of a lifetime. Both our guides were fantastic; Pedro in Quito who looked after us so well and Juan on the Beluga was the most fantastic guide – he knew every bird, plant, fish, insect and animal and was so passionate about it all that it was genuinely inspiring. The crew were all great and worked hard to give us all a memorable time.   We saw all that we could have wished for including albatrosses, seals, and dolphins swimming alongside The Beluga, and we snorkelled with sea lions, sharks, turtles and penguins. Not to mention the tortoises, iguanas, frigates and boobies, finches, flamingos and so much more. It was completely incredible and we will never forget it.

What a fantastic experience our trip has been. Everything worked perfectly according to your plans, and we have been guided and looked after exceptionally well throughout the entire trip. Thank you for the time and care you took in arranging this for us. Our introduction to the cloud forest, and particularly its bird life, was a revelation. The stops at Alambi and Sachatamia Lodge on the way there were close to sensory overload. El Monte itself provided a unique opportunity for total immersion in the exceptional biodiversity of this environment. We were thrilled to have the personal guidance of Tom throughout our stay, and his knowledge and passion for preserving the ecology of the region was clear and inspiring.  And so to Galapagos, which was everything we could have hoped for. This was our first experience of a "live aboard" holiday, but would be difficult to surpass. The boat facilities were well designed and ideal for our needs, the crew were friendly, welcoming and efficient, and Franklin our guide was impressively knowledgeable and accommodating.  So many great memories, so many bucket-list experiences ticked, and the unexpected and supreme bonus of zero seasickness throughout the trip, made this a completely unrepeatable and unforgettable experience. I will never forget the sound of the anchor chain going down on arrival at the next day's destination, with the promise of new discoveries. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.”

We had a wonderful time. Working with Think Galapagos allowed us to savor our trip and not worry about logistics. It’s hard to overstate how simple Rachel and her team made things for us. Thank you for organising such a fantastic trip for us. Everything worked really well and we loved it all but the final week in the Galapagos was stunning. We knew the land animals were going to be impressive but hadn’t quite registered how good the snorkelling bit was going to be. We really thought we’d only ever go to the Galapagos once, but you might well see us back!

"We would like to say an enormous thank you to you for organising our recent wonderful holiday to Ecuador and Galapagos. Words cannot do justice to what we saw and our experiences. First of all the accommodations. They were all very different, and each of them was great. The service we received was fantastic. At El Monte after the exciting arrival across the river, we were amazed by the whole set up. Tom and Mariela are so welcoming and knowledgeable. How interesting to hear their story, and be shown around the place by Tom. The 2 days there were great fun, the food was lovely, and our packed lunch on the day we left was wrapped in a banana leaf! Zuleta was, as you said, the most amazing place. we met several family members, and it really did feel as though we were staying in their home, rather than a hotel. We were driven and guided by Pedro. From the moment we met him he was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. He certainly made our stay in Ecuador memorable. He took us to lots of different places to make sure we saw the highlights of his country. He quite clearly loves his job, and takes great delight in passing on his knowledge. Our week spent in the Galapagos was beyond expectation! The Angelito is a lovely boats and ALL the staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, but yet completely unobtrusive. We cannot praise the whole experience highly enough. Their attention to detail is amazing. They made the whole holiday unforgettable. The food is fantastical and the snacks available on return to the boat are just great, and very welcome, along with the lovely warm soft towel after snorkelling. Rocio, our naturalist, was great, and so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She must have seen so much, but made it seem as though it was the first time she had seen whatever she was showing us. Her explanations were clear, she answered all questions and gave great recaps and presentations in the evenings. The days were full. We had little spare time, but did not feel rushed. The pace felt relaxed, but we packed a lot into the day, and were happy to fall into bed by 9pm! We couldn’t fault any aspect of this holiday, and would readily recommend to others, in fact we already have! "
