Thank you for the most amazing trip. We had just the best time ever and every day exceeded our expectations. The organisation you put into every aspect of the journey, the guides we had to help us along the way and the experiences we enjoyed were just perfect. We felt we had been away for ages after the 2 weeks because we had done so much and had such a variety of activities and also learned so much about the culture in Ecuador and the amazing islands of the Galapagos. It just could not have been better. Your help and guidance from start to finish was superb and we felt entirely confident from start to finish that our journey would run smoothly and safely. Thank you so much for everything you did.

Right from my first contact with Rachel, it was very clear that this is more than just a business for her - she loves Galapagos and gets genuine pleasure from sharing that passion with others and ensuring they have the best possible experience. She spent time getting to know what I was looking for and provided a range of options (tailor made for me) before advising me which she thought was best. And as it turned out she was absolutely right!  Our trip was amazing start to finish. Everything went smoothly from when we stepped off the plane in Ecuador till we left 2 weeks later. We were looked after from start to finish by a collection of friendly, professional and knowledgable drivers and guides. We had nothing to sort out or worry about ourselves other than having a great time. And because of Rachel's service, attitude and excellent communication leading up to the trip, I could look forward to the trip confident that that would be the case!  Our experience on the Cachalote Explorer far exceeded expectations - it may look a little old but the accommodation was modern, clean and far more luxurious than I was expecting, the crew were brilliant and the food was varied, plentiful and delicious! If this is to be a once in a lifetime trip for you, do yourself a massive favour and book it through this company to make sure it's as good as it can be!

Our trip was AMAZING!!  From the minute we left home, and until we returned, everything ran like clockwork. It was such a treat being met by guides and assisted at the airports! We were incredibly lucky with Tip Top II, the crew and guide all got on brilliantly, the food was excellent and the boat very comfortable

What an outstanding trip! It was a long time coming but was certainly worth the wait. Maja, our guide, was wonderful, an encyclopaedia of knowledge. Food was excellent. Crew caring. All the wildlife was superb. I loved it all.

It was excellent and all arrangements were perfect. Holiday exceeded our high expectations.
