The first stage is chatting through your ideas for your trip, find out your interests, suggest the best yachts to fit your needs and budget, the best places for you to visit, select accommodation and discuss the practicalities of travel.

Creating your unique itinerary

Using this information we then put together some options for you, that best fit your interests and budget which we can then amend and hone until we have your idea trip designed just for you. We will then send you a detailed itinerary, created uniquely for you, with all the information on the places you will be visiting, the places you will be staying and the logistics of how you will get from A to B, with colour photographs and a price. We can then chat this over to ensure we have everything just right.

Confirmation

Once the itinerary is agreed, we will then send you out a booking form which we ask you to complete and to pay your deposit. Once the trip is confirmed, we will then send you either electronically or by post some ‘pre-trip’ information with hints on what to bring along on your trip, and more practical details about your holiday.

Keeping in touch

We then keep in touch, we are always delighted to answer any questions from our guests about the trip, what to pack, in the months running so please don’t hesitate to get in touch anytime. Then a few weeks before your trip, we will give you a call to go over all the last details and answer any last minute questions you may have.
